An awesome client that has beautiful hair needed some shaping along with connecting the old front bang with the rest of her hair! I connected the whole haircut as one for flowing beautiful movement! I also added layers which helped the haircut!

This product is great for men. I put a dime size of this product in my hands. I then rub my hands together and style whatever way I want the hair to look! Its a strong hold. This product is not only great for men but I love to use this product on women. I use a little amount just on the ends of hair for women for that matte effect! I scrunch just a little on the ends of hair and work the hair! It creates that messy bed head! Be careful……if you apply to much product to the ends it could end up making the hair limp! Practice makes perfect!
One of LA’s popular DJs …………….DJ IVY is playing at a pre-party for the music awards in Los Angeles. She called me up to style her hair for her big night! I added a wave with lots of texture! I know that she will be wearing head phones all night so the style that I decided for her was messy but organize! As the night goes on the hair will get better and better! She will also be walking read carpet! I will try to get some of those pictures later!

A new client came into Chris Mcmillan salon and wanted me to fix her hair! She has great hair but has had bad haircuts! She had 3 haircuts in one so I cut the back off to make it moderen. I also blended in many of the layers but Next time I see her the her short layers will be longer for me to work with! Hope you like it!

The last couple of days have been crazy with outside work with all the late night shows but, When I am in the salon certain things inspire me to do beautiful hair! Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
