I had this new client come in and I had a great time! She already had beautiful hair but really wanted a change! We talked about different styles and we decided to go shorter! I wanted to keep her hair long around her face but still add movement! It was fun and she loved it!

If you look at some of my older posts I talk about inspiration and this client was a perfect candidate for my inspired pictures! She really needed a change long to short and add bangs! She was super happy! I stacked the bangs and added movement!

This volume spray is something really great! All you do is spray through out the hair and comb into the wet hair blow dry and style! I love this product because it still keeps the hairs integrity but adds bounce! Try it, but be real careful because it comes out really fast!

This client is super cool! The before picture I pull the hair around her face to show the length!!! The length was way to long so I chopped and shaped!! I than styled and added layers!!! Happy Birthday Jessica!!!

Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
