So I had this new awesome client come into the salon and wanted a change! She has beautiful hair but felt like it was kinda weighing her down! We decided this look and she was super happy! I kept it long around her face but added dimension through out the cut! She was super happy!

This client came in and its been sometime! She has fine hair but a lot of it! Its been around 6 months since the last haircut so her hair has grown a lot plus she had some split ends! We decided to keep the length but add movement! She was happy!

Vida came in and wanted movement to her long hair! She has very thick hair but it was all one length! I softened it around her face while also adding long layers! She looked awesome!

This client wanted a change plus she wanted to donate hair for a great cause! She wanted it to be versatile soft but also fun! I took her short but added texture with different lengths on top! She loved it!

This is one of my fun clients that trust and lets me play! She had hair that has grown out and needs to look fun! I shaved her underneath and created a bob with the remaining hair! She loved it and I had so much fun! This look isn’t for everyone but for her it just fits!

Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
