A new client that I was excited to cut!!
Long hair sometimes doesn’t look great! I love long hair but it needs to flow and have a meaning! I created movement along with softness! She was really happy and it still looked really long!

I have been doing this client for a while! She has great hair but out with the old and in with the new! I was excited that she wanted change! I brought it up but made sure she had her points! An extreme bob! She loved it!

I love my new clients hair but her hair really needed a direction! I gave her shape while adding movement through her hair! I kept it long appropriate for the winters! A lot of softening and blunt perimeter! She was really happy!

I did this cover for girl life magazine! It was simple but fun! I believe it was last month cover but I have been busy and just saw it! I added edge to the looks! The pictures inside I really like!
Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
