I love doing this client hair!!!
I have been cutting this clients hair for sometime! The first time was in Beverly hills at the Chris McMillan salon. Since that time she has moved to New York and has continued to see me. I go to New york every 2 months and work out of Mark Garrison salon in Manhattan! She likes to wait sometime between haircuts but long with soft layers fit her well! Her hair is extremely heavy so I take out some of the weight while softening up the edges!

Products I like to use that are good!
I use these products a lot in the Chris McMillan salon and out on jobs outside the salon! I really like Oribe anti-humanity spray! I use it at the end of my blow dry and have gotten positive feedback from my clients! Spray the product all over once the hair is dry and it tends to make your hair lasts longer especially in erratic climates!
Another tool that I love and was written up in this year Instyle magazine 2012 beauty buy is the Ibiza boar bristle brush! I really love this brush for all types of blow dryes! The cork handles are soft on your hands while the bristles are strong to make just the right amount of tension needed to get our hair strait!

This client was a new client! She has beautiful hair but needed shape along with softness! I cut off about 2 inches and softened her hair through out! I also opened it up around her face that looks great for her face shape!

Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
