I have been doing this client for sometime! This haircut was probably the most edgy one yet! She wanted something that was super easy that required her literally doing nothing! A lot of thinning and framing! She loved it and totally fits her!

This client just needed me to connect her layers while blunting her foundation! I softened her hair around her face! The color by Kristina Sparks really complements the face framing! She was stoked!

I have been doing this client for sometime! She is awesome! I usually take the length up around her face and soften up her hair by adding invisible layers! This time we decided to keep it long around her face and soften her hair! I sometimes do dramatic changes but sometimes less is best and that’s what happened in this situation!

I have been doing this client for sometime! The first time in Los Angeles and now in New York! We have gone from long to short, and everything in between! This cut was me keeping the length but adding movement while also softening it up around her face! The color was done by my wife Kristina Sparks working out of Michael Canale salon and cut by me! Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
