We decided to add movement while keeping her hair long! When I was working at Meche salon we decided to go short and cut it off, but since seeing me at The Chris Mcmillan salon we have decided to keep her hair growing long. Traveling all the way from San Diego, she now sees me at Cie Sparks salon in Malibu or Ramirez Tran salon in Beverly hills…. Malibu hair with a classy feel!
I love the fringe look on my client along with the movement and texture. She tried to see me years ago at the Chris Mcmillan salon but never was able to get in….. Time has past and I now work more days at Cie Sparks salon in Malibu which has allowed me to shape her new look! We love the direction everything is going!

This wonderful lady has followed me from Chris Mcmillan salon, Meche Salon, Ramirez Tran Salon…… Owning my own salon Cie Sparks Salon in Malibu it doesn’t matter she always seems to find me. I adore Emily for keeping it fresh and staying loyal! It was time for Emily Schuman to change her look up! We decided to bring up the length but wanted texture with a blunt bottom! The Cupcakes and Cashmere Blog Queen was super satisfied!
I believe that this was from chloe and fendi 2011 spring! Anja once again and its not the length that caught my eye in these pictures it was the side part especially the first far side part! I like the angle to one side and all looks kinda like a hat. this style inspired me to cut and have fun!~
I really wish I would have taken a before picture but believe me it looks a lot different! I know the second picture is far but I like the style still! You can see how it all connects and looks like one! Not like 3 different hair cuts on one head! I love the far push over!
Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
